About Our Master Chef Kai
Our master chef Kai worked in a sushi bar in Manhattan, NY since 1999. He left home at the age of 16 to learn how to prepare Japanese-style sushi in Manhattan. His master who was born in Tokyo, Japan, served sushi in Manhattan for more than 30 years.
Having learned the art of preparing sushi and other authentic Japanese dishes in Manhattan, Kai now serves his own style of sushi in Moosic since 2013.
